This blog is for my recipes and tips for how to incorporate real food on a keto diet. A keto diet is great for losing weight and provides many other health benefits, but keto alone can only take you so far. If you want to go all the way in your quest for great health, you must do it in a way that eliminates processed foods and makes use of the best quality foods available. This means no more living off Quest bars, bunless burgers, or the cheapest bacon you can find. It means finding a good, preferably local, source for grass-fed meats, pastured & soy-free eggs, non-GMO foods, and organic veggies. Food does have the power to heal or the power to harm. Let it bring healing to you.
